This study aims to explore the role of Christian Religious Education in shaping individual character during early adulthood. Early adulthood is a critical developmental phase where individuals build their identity, moral independence, and life values that significantly impact their future. Using a qualitative research method based on literature review, this study analyzes the contribution of Christian Religious Education in fostering character development that reflects Christian values such as love, honesty, responsibility, and integrity. The results indicate that Christian Religious Education plays a strategic role in developing individuals' moral awareness, instilling spiritual values, and helping them navigate social challenges. Through the teaching of God's Word, Christian Religious Education shapes individuals' Christ-centered identity, enhances their ability to make responsible decisions, and encourages participation in meaningful social activities. However, this study also identifies several challenges, such as the influence of social environments and digital media, which may affect the effectiveness of character education. This study concludes that Christian Religious Education is a significant tool in shaping morally upright and character-driven individuals during early adulthood. Collaboration between families, educational institutions, and society is needed to create an environment that supports character transformation. The findings are expected to provide practical contributions to the development of more effective and relevant Christian Religious Education programs.
