Transformasi Jemaat Menjadi Jemaat Missioner: Strategi Pembinaan yang Efektif

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of church congregations into missionary congregations through effective coaching strategies. In the midst of today's challenges, churches are required to not only focus on internal worship activities, but also play an active role in evangelism and social service. This research analyzes various coaching approaches that can shape congregations to be more sensitive to mission and ministry needs outside the church. Through a literature review and observations of churches that have successfully implemented mission-based formation strategies, this article identifies key elements that support congregational transformation, such as Bible-based teaching, character development, and congregational empowerment through training and direct involvement in mission activities. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a practical guide for churches in developing more effective coaching strategies to support the church's mission.
