Learning motivation can be interpreted as the driving force that exists within a person to carry out certain activities in order to achieve a goal. To improve student learning outcomes, it is strongly supported by the learning motivation designed by the teacher. This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation on the learning outcomes of Christian religious education for class XI IPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. The subjects of this research were class XI IPA-3 SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar City with a total of 25 students consisting of 6 men and 19 women. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method with SPSS version 24 analysis. The research begins by formulating a research problem, then continues with observations in three cycles. The average score of the learning motivation questionnaire on students' PAK learning outcomes in learning increased from cycle I to cycle III. In cycle I the average score was 3.33, increasing to 3.51 in cycle II, and to 3.68 in cycle III. Student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle III. This increase was shown by an increase in the average learning outcome score of 4.13 in cycle I, 4.71 in cycle II, and an increase of 5.11 in cycle III. In cycle I there were still 4 students whose learning outcomes had not been completed, in cycle II and cycle III all students' learning outcomes had been completed.
