This journal discusses the role and responsibilities of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers as professional educators based on the Law No. 14 of 2005. The study highlights the four key competencies required by teachers, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, professional competence, and social competence. These competencies are essential for PAK teachers to effectively perform their duties and provide quality education. In addition to their teaching role, PAK teachers are also expected to be role models in their daily lives, reflecting Christian values through their behavior. The journal concludes that for optimal educational outcomes, PAK teachers must continually develop their professional competencies, ensure effective learning strategies, and guide students not only in academic knowledge but also in building character aligned with Christian teachings.
