Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Meningkatkan Karakter Siswa

Abstract

Education plays an important role in forming good character in students, not only in terms of academics but also moral and spiritual. Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers have a significant role in shaping students' character based on Bible teachings. Teacher personality competencies, such as integrity, love, discipline and mature spirituality, are important factors in directing students to have strong character, integrity and faith. This research uses a qualitative method based on literature studies to explore the relationship between PAK teachers' personality competencies and student character formation. The research results show that teachers with superior personality competencies can be effective role models and mentors in creating a young generation who are not only intellectually intelligent but also spiritually and emotionally mature.
