This journal discusses the role of educators, especially Christian religious education teachers, in character formation. This research is based on the principle of Proverbs 22:6, which emphasizes the importance of instilling values in children. This study shows that Christian educators function not only as academic teachers but also as moral and spiritual teachers. In addition to setting a good example, they are responsible for demonstrating traits such as responsibility, authority, independence, and discipline. This research also emphasizes that students should learn in a supportive and safe environment. In the Christian curriculum, character education is included to strengthen the teaching of moral values and ensure that students acquire knowledge and strong character. The methodology used is a literature review that underlies the arguments presented. With a descriptive approach, this research analyzes various reliable sources to support the significance of the teacher's role in Christian education and character development. Ultimately, this research confirms that effective teaching in a Christian context is more than just the transfer of knowledge; it is also about character transformation, preparing students to live responsible and ethical lives according to biblical principles.
