Pengaruh Pemahaman Materi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti Terhadap Karakter Kristiani Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 037146 Laehole Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/2025

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the positive influence of understanding Christian Religious Education and Moral Education materials on the Christian character of Grade VI students at SD Negeri 037146 Laehole, Dairi Regency, for the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis. The respondents are all 36 Grade VI students at SD Negeri 037146 Laehole, Dairi Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected using a test consisting of 16 items for variable X and a closed-ended questionnaire with 20 positive statements for variable Y. The data analysis results indicate a positive effect of understanding Christian Religious Education and Moral Education materials on the Christian character of Grade VI students at SD Negeri 037146 Laehole, Dairi Regency, for the 2024/2025 academic year.  1) The prerequisite analysis test, namely the test for a positive correlation, yielded an rxy value of 0.457, which is greater than the r-table (α = 0.05, n = 36) value of 0.329, indicating normality and revealing a positive correlation between variable X and variable Y. 2) The effect test using regression equation analysis resulted in the regression equation Ŷ = 40.36 + 0.31X, with a regression coefficient of determination (r²) = 0.209, representing an effect percentage of 20.9%. Thus, Ha is accepted, as r-calculated is greater than r_table, signifying a positive influence of understanding Christian Religious Education and Moral Education materials on the Christian character of Grade VI students at SD Negeri 037146 Laehole, Dairi Regency, for the 2024/2025 academic year, and H0 is rejected.
