Peran Etika Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Penyuluhan Agama Kristen

Abstract

The role of ethics in improving the quality of Christian religious counseling is a crucial aspect in creating effective and relevant communication between religious instructors and congregations. Ethics, which includes moral principles, values, and integrity, is the basis for disclosing religious material that focuses on character and faith formation. This article discusses how the application of ethics can increase trust, build harmonious relationships, and create a conducive counseling atmosphere. Through a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the impact of ethics on the effectiveness of Christian religious counseling with a focus on honesty, empathy, and respect for individual differences. The results show that consistent application of ethics can strengthen the relevance of religious Islamic boarding schools, increase congregational involvement, and support spiritual transformation. This article provides recommendations for strengthening ethics training in Christian religious educator development programs.
