Peran Kode Etik Dalam Pembentukan Profesionalisme Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen

Abstract

The code of ethics has an important role in shaping the professionalism of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers. As a moral and ethical guideline, the code of ethics helps teachers to carry out their duties and responsibilities professionally in accordance with Christian values. This article discusses the role of codes of ethics in improving the integrity, responsibility and competence of PAK teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, which involves analysis of various literature related to codes of ethics and teacher professionalism. The research results show that implementing a good code of ethics not only improves the quality of learning, but also creates positive role models for students. By understanding and implementing the code of ethics, PAK teachers can contribute to building a generation of character and faith.
