Implementasi Pendidikan Membangun dan Menumbuhkan Karakter Anti Korupsi Menurut Kitab Kejadian

Abstract

Corruption practices create injustice and increase social disparities that can be very detrimental to many parties. Therefore, efforts to eradicate corruption are very necessary. Anti-corruption education is an important part of ongoing efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption. Anti-corruption education aims to form strong character and moral values, by instilling an awareness of personal responsibility in preventing corrupt practices. Anti-corruption education can be found in many moral and ethical stories, including the biblical story in the book of Genesis about Jacob and Laban. This story teaches the values ​​of honesty, integrity, and justice which are important foundations in anti-corruption education. Jacob, who worked hard for Laban for a long time, experienced deception and injustice when Laban changed his terms many times and treated Jacob dishonestly. The purpose of this study is to build and emphasize the importance of maintaining the values ​​of truth, avoiding manipulation or abuse of power, and fighting for justice in every aspect of life. The research method used is by using literature studies or library studies.
