Abstract

Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers have an important role as bearers of God's Word to build students' faith and character. Delivering sermons that are relevant to students' daily lives and delivered clearly, simply and interestingly is the key to success. PAK teachers are also expected to be able to become living examples by applying Biblical values. Preaching technique involves aspects of appearance, delivery method (impromptu, memorizing, reading text, or extemporaneous), use of expression (body movements, eye gaze, and voice intonation), as well as setting duration. Effective delivery requires a combination of technical preparation and spiritual sensitivity, so that students not only hear but also feel the impact of the Word in their lives.
