Pengaruh Pembinaan Iman terhadap Partisipasi Kaum Bapak dalam Kegiatan Gerejawi

Abstract

Faith formation has an important role in increasing the participation of fathers in ecclesiastical activities, especially as spiritual leaders in the family and church community. This research aims to analyze the influence of faith formation on the participation of fathers in the Indonesian Protestant Christian Church (GKPI) Pagar Sinondi Resort Sipoholon 1. The research uses qualitative methods with interviews with congregants and literature studies from online media sources. The research results show that structured faith formation increases fathers' understanding and awareness of their responsibilities in the church and family. Programs such as Bible studies and theological discussions have proven effective in encouraging active participation, although obstacles such as busy work remain. The church is addressing this challenge by utilizing digital media to support formation. This research concludes that relevant and adaptive faith formation significantly increases fathers' involvement in church and community life.
