Peran Kode Etik Guru Dalam Menumbuhkan Karakter Spiritual Pada Siswa Pendidikan Agama Kristen

Abstract

The teacher's code of ethics has an important role in building student character, especially in the spiritual aspects of Christian religious education. A teacher who applies a code of ethics not only functions as a teacher, but also as a moral and spiritual role model for students. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of a teacher's code of ethics can support the development of students' spiritual character. By using qualitative methods and a case study approach in Christian schools in Indonesia, the research output shows that the integrity, responsibility and example of teachers in implementing the code of ethics has significant influence on the formation of students' spiritual character.
