Abstract

Teacher professionalism, Christian religious education, and character development are important elements in the effort to produce a generation that excels intellectually, morally, and spiritually. Professional teachers have a high level of competence, integrity and ability to teach biblical values appropriately and contextually. These skills not only help impart knowledge, but also serve as moral role models for students, create an inclusive learning environment and support character development. Christian Religious Education aims to create students' faith, morals and ethics from the teachings of the Bible. This learning process is not only serious in theological knowledge but also in the development of behaviors and conditions that reflect love, justice, and truth. Christian eligious Education teachers play a key role in integrating Christian values using students' daily lives, as a result of which they are inspired to live in sync using the teachings of the Bible. Character building is one of the primary goals of education, especially Christian Religious Education. A strong character, rooted in the teachings of Christ, helps students become individuals who are responsible, have integrity, and can face the challenges of life using wisdom. With the synergy between teacher professionalism, Christian Religious Education, and character building, a generation is created that is not only academically excellent but also as witnesses of Christ who bring positive influence to society.
