Abstract

The professionalism of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers plays a crucial role in forming the character of students who have faith, morals and integrity. As teachers, PAK teachers are not only tasked with delivering material, but also function as mentors and role models who reflect Christian values ​​such as love, honesty and responsibility. This research adopts a qualitative method through literature study to analyze the role of PAK teachers in educating students with a holistic approach that integrates pedagogical, spiritual, social and personality aspects. The results of the study show that collaboration between teachers, schools, parents and church communities is very important in creating a conducive educational environment, which supports the formation of students' character amidst various challenges of globalization and modern culture.
