Abstract

Christian Religious Education (PAK) Teacher professionalism is an important element in developing students' character based on Christian values. PAK teachers not only provide theological knowledge, but also become role models in living a life of faith, love, and integrity. This article discusses aspects of teacher professionalism: pedagogical, personal, social and spiritual competence. This enhances the learning effect and plays a role in developing students' honest character. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study concludes that teachers' mastery of Bible material, application of relevant learning methods, and exemplary life are important elements of professionalism. Furthermore, modern challenges such as technological developments and changes in moral values ​​require PAK teachers to further develop their competence through spiritual training and cadreship.
