Strategi Pengembangan Kode Etik Untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe strategies for developing a teacher code of ethics. A code of ethics is an important ethical guideline for teachers to maintain integrity and professionalism in education. This code of ethics helps teachers understand their responsibilities, creates a positive learning environment, and prevents unethical actions. Developing a code of ethics includes education, outreach, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure understanding and consistent implementation. This research also identified some of the existence of a clear code of ethics, teachers can adapt their approach according to students' needs, improve the quality of education, and build good relationships with students and parents. This research uses the library research method to analyze strategies for developing a code of ethics to increase teacher professionalism.
