Abstract

Teachers must be role models and influence the students they teach. To achieve the educational goals above, educators must have professional qualifications and be able to be role models for everyone around them. Teachers must master the materials and teaching methods that make many students comfortable in learning. From the results of the author's research, it can be concluded that the professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers influences student discipline, because teachers are an image that is followed by students and other communities. And the conclusion is that there is an influence of the professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on student discipline. A Christian education teacher is not just an ordinary position or profession, but must truly practice the Christian faith in every aspect of life. Religious education teachers should know and realize that teacher professionalism has the ability to transform people who are not teachers into teachers who not only increase the knowledge of their students but can also demonstrate a disciplined attitude
