Abstract

The role of Christian Religious Education teachers in forming student characters who contribute to social change. In the educational context, PAK teachers not only focus on transferring academic knowledge, but also on instilling strong moral and ethical values. Through an exemplary approach, ethical learning, and developing a sense of responsibility, PAK teachers help students internalize the character needed to face social challenges in the modern era. In addition, Christian religious education functions as a tool to overcome moral decadence and increase social awareness among students. This research shows that by equipping students with Christian values, PAK teachers play an important role in creating individuals who are sensitive to social issues and committed to contributing positively to society. As a result, Christian religious education is the key in forming students' characters who can become agents of constructive and harmonious social change.
