Christian religious education in the current global context faces complex challenges that demand a paradigmatic transformation in the construction of teachers' professional ethics. This research explores the fundamental dynamics that shape the integrity, competence and moral responsibility of educators in forming a generation of critical, reflective and dignified faith amidst the complexity of contemporary society. The main focus of the research is to analyze how the professional ethics of Christian religious education teachers is not just a set of normative rules, but rather a philosophy of life that is integrated in every dimension of educational services. The construction of professional ethics is interpreted as a dynamic process involving the intersection of spiritual calling, academic competence, and social responsibility.
