This study aims to analyze the implementation of teachers' pedagogical competence in enhancing the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education (PAK) learning at SD Negeri 078469 Sindrolo. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The study subjects include Christian Religious Education teachers, students, and the school principal. The findings reveal that students at SD Negeri 078469 Sindrolo exhibit diverse characteristics in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Cognitively, students demonstrate varying levels of comprehension and absorption of lesson material. Affective factors, such as learning motivation and interest, are influenced by family environment, teacher support, and the teaching methods applied. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor domain, physical activities and religious practice skills also impact student engagement in Christian Religious Education learning. The implementation of teachers' pedagogical competence in identifying student characteristics is carried out through a personalized approach, classroom observations, and comprehensive assessments that encompass both academic and non-academic aspects. Christian Religious Education teachers actively adjust their teaching strategies to meet students' needs by employing diverse methods such as discussions, interactive lectures, and project-based learning. The results of this study indicate that a deeper understanding of student characteristics significantly contributes to the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education learning. This is reflected in increased learning motivation, active participation in class discussions, and improved learning outcomes. As an implication, this study recommends the continuous development of teachers' pedagogical competence through training, workshops, and collaborative studies to enhance their understanding of student characteristics. Consequently, the Christian Religious Education learning process can become more adaptive, inclusive, and effective in fostering a deeper religious understanding among students.
