The aim of this research is to find out whether learning motivation is influenced by teacher emotional intelligence. All students of SD Negeri No. 091463 Parapat in 2021 is the population. Sampling was carried out randomly. 30 people were sampled. Emotional Intelligence and Teacher Learning Motivation Questionnaires were used to collect data. The results of data analysis show that the following two data come from a normally distributed population: x count = 2.66 for teacher emotional intelligence, x2 count = 8.29 for maturity of faith, and χ^2 table = 11.07 at a significance level of 5% with dk = 5. At a significance level of 5%, the linear relationship between Y=3.32+0.91X and Teacher Emotional Intelligence (X) was found to be significant based on the results of the linearity test for maturity of faith (Y). Correlation analysis between teacher emotional intelligence variables and learning motivation variables is 0.65. This data shows that 42% of learning motivation can be explained by teacher emotional intelligence.
