Abstract

This research discusses the ethical role of Christian religious instructors in improving the quality of faith formation. Christian religious instructors have a strategic role in facilitating religious activities and providing moral and spiritual guidance to the congregation. To carry out this task effectively, they must demonstrate a professional attitude, have high integrity and adequate competence. The code of ethics for Christian religious instructors functions as a guideline that regulates their professional behavior and attitudes, covering basic principles such as honesty, integrity, respect for human rights, and social responsibility. Effective implementation of a code of ethics can improve service quality, maintain public trust, and increase the credibility of the profession
