The purpose of this research is to explain effective teacher methods for managing the classroom to improve student learning discipline in class VIII A SMPN 3 Sipoholon. Learning is an important aspect of academic success, and good classroom management can create a conducive learning environment. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach that employed observations and questionnaires to collect data. The research results show that teachers use various approaches to increase their students' participation. These strategies include implementing clear classroom rules, using a varied learning approach, and adopting a cooperative approach. Teachers also provide good feedback and create an environment that supports social interaction in the classroom. This research found that students' learning discipline can be significantly improved by implementing effective classroom management strategies. This encourages them to become more active and responsible.
