Abstract

This research discusses the relevance of the professionalism of Christian religious teachers in the context of educational transformation in Indonesia. The ethical and spiritual crisis that has hit various areas of life, including the world of education, is a big challenge for Christian religious teachers. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between ethics and spirituality in professionalism of Christian religious teachers using literature research methods. This article provides views on the importance of strengthening character and spirituality in the formation of quality religious education as well as the challenges faced in changing times. This research quotes various magazine articles and relevant online media sources to provide further insight in on this topic.
