Abstract

Christian Religious Counselors have a very important role in implementing communication planning models and stages for students. In this context, counselors not only function as educators, but also as facilitators who connect religious values ​​with the needs of modern society, especially among students. By utilizing information technology and social media, counselors can spread religious messages effectively and innovatively. This study aims to explore the communication strategies implemented by Christian religious counselors in fostering students, as well as the challenges faced in the process. Through a collaborative and holistic approach, counselors are expected to be able to increase the understanding and acceptance of religious values ​​among the younger generation, so that they can become positive agents of change in society.
