This study aims to examine the role of character and values upheld by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in the learning process in schools. The character and values held by PAK teachers play an important role in creating a positive learning environment and supporting the formation of student character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, which involves observation, interviews, and documentation analysis of several PAK teachers in secondary schools. The research findings reveal that the character of PAK teachers which includes exemplary nature, patience, and sincerity greatly influences the quality of teaching provided. In addition, the values applied, such as respect for diversity, emphasis on love, and the application of Christian moral teachings, are important principles in learning. This study is expected to contribute to the development of character education in schools, especially in the context of Christian Religious Education. By cultivating and strengthening the character and values of teachers, it is hoped that the learning process will be more effective, producing students with strong character and high integrity.
