Kode Etik dan Profesionalisme Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Membangun Karakter Generasi Berintegritas

Abstract

Codes of ethics and professionalism are the main pillars in forming the character of the younger generation who have integrity and Christian values. This research aims to explore the application of the code of ethics and the level of professionalism of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in educating and guiding students. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research reveals that consistent application of a code of ethics can increase students' trust and respect for teachers. The findings also show that the professionalism of PAK teachers plays an important role in the formation of strong Christian character. This journal offers practical recommendations to strengthen the role of PAK teachers in facing the challenges of modern education.
