Implementasi Kode Etik Penyuluh Agama Kristen dalam Konteks Pelayanan Masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the code of ethics of Christian religious instructors in the context of community service in Indonesia. Religious instructors have an important role in guiding and assisting the community in religious life. However, the implementation of these duties must be based on a clear code of ethics to ensure the professionalism and integrity of the service. Through literature studies and case analysis, this study identifies challenges and opportunities in the implementation of the code of ethics, and formulates strategies to improve the effectiveness of its implementation. The results of the study indicate that consistent understanding and application of the code of ethics can improve the quality of Christian religious instructor services, as well as strengthen public trust in their role.
