Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of teachers' mastery of pedagogical competence in implementing interactive learning. Pedagogical competence is a fundamental skill that every teacher must possess to design, execute, and evaluate effective learning processes. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method to explore the role of pedagogical competence in fostering participatory and meaningful learning experiences. The findings indicate that teachers with strong pedagogical competence can understand student characteristics, apply appropriate teaching methods, and foster interactions that enhance student engagement in the learning process. Moreover, mastering this competence contributes to increased student motivation and learning outcomes. This study recommends continuous training for teachers to refine their pedagogical skills and support high-quality interactive learning.
