This study aims to understand how certain mechanisms influence individual behavior in various aspects of life, both from a social, psychological, and biological perspective. Using an approach involving various disciplines, this study combines concepts from behavioral psychology, neurobiology, and sociology to explore the influence of internal and external factors on the decision-making process. Data collection was carried out through literature reviews, observations, and interviews with respondents from various age groups and social backgrounds. The findings show that individual behavior is formed from the interaction between genetic factors, parenting patterns, and complex social environments. This study highlights the need for a comprehensive understanding in examining human behavior, especially in relation to decision-making and public policy formulation. In addition, the results of this study also provide important contributions to the development of educational and mental health programs designed to meet individual needs more specifically and based on scientific evidence.
