Abstract

The success of the PMB (Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru) is also determined by the teacher's ability to build positive interactions with students. Some teachers tend to focus more on students who are academically gifted, while neglecting those who are less skilled. This is particularly evident in the teaching and learning process of Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK), where the achievement of competencies is seen through the transformation of life values. Therefore, the teacher’s ability to interact with students is crucial. Without interaction, teachers find it difficult to monitor students' behavioral changes. PAK learning is a part of faith communication that occurs between the teacher and students in an interactive relationship. The competencies, as outlined above, are the foundation and supporting tools for teachers in carrying out teaching and learning interactions. Teachers must master the subject matter and teaching program design, be able to create a conducive classroom environment, skillfully utilize media, select appropriate resources, and understand the foundations of education.
