Abstract

Teachers have a very important role in the student learning process, not only as knowledge facilitators but also as character guides. The characteristics of a teacher, such as professional competence, communication skills, and an inspiring personality, greatly influence the success of learning. This article discusses how teachers can establish an effective learning environment through pedagogical approaches, empathy, and active engagement with students. Apart from that, the role of teachers as moral role models and agents of change is also a key factor in building student character. Through literature analysis and case studies, this paper provides a view of the importance of synergy between teacher personality and teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes holistically.
